LAKES & COMMONS
Residents and visitors alike may be surprised to know that there are a total of seventeen lakes within the Deer Creek community. Additionally Catfish Creek flows through the center of the property, and the west side of Deer Creek is bordered by a canal. The Villas section of Deer Creek has a community pool, and while there are no tennis courts within the community, the local YMCA is just a half mile away and adjacent to Potter Park which has four courts. Nearby are miles of waterways for kayaking and canoeing enthusiasts.
